Q. What is the delivery time?

A. Orders in Quebec are generally shipped and delivered within 3 -5 business days. It is therefore necessary to exclude weekends and public holidays from the calculation of the number of days for delivery.

For other destinations, you can refer to Canada Post delivery standards:

Delivery standards for Canada: 5 to 7 business days
Delivery standards for the United States: 2 weeks
Delivery standards for Europe: 3 to 4 weeks

Q. How can I return an item purchased in the online store?

A. We accept all returns of items from E & Co. non-sale provided that they are in their original packaging, that they have not been worn and that the label is still present, and this, within 10 days after delivery.

All refunds will be made to the original method of payment.

Delivery charges are non-refundable.

A. If your order has been sent to you, but you still have not received it, we ask you to follow the following steps:

• Wait until 10 business days have passed after receiving notice of delivery of the order.

• Check at your usual post office to see if your package has been left there.
