Delivery to Quebec: Expect to receive your orders between 3 to 5 business days. Please note that weekends and public holidays are not included in this time frame.
Delivery to the rest of Canada: Canada Post delivery standards are 5 to 7 business days.
Delivery to the United States: Allow approximately 2 weeks to receive your items.
Delivery in Europe: You will receive your package within 3 to 4 weeks.
Are you outside Quebec? Carefree ! You can order from our online store by simply selecting your province or country when entering your delivery details. We deliver wherever you are!
How to return an item: We accept returns on all E & Co. non-sale items in their original packaging, unworn and with their tags intact within 10 days of delivery. Refunds will be made to the original method of payment. Please note that delivery charges are non-refundable. You will receive an email notification once the return process is complete.

Order not received: If you have not received your order even though it has been sent, please follow these steps:
Wait 10 business days after receiving delivery notification.
Check at your usual post office to see if your package has been dropped off there.
