This piece is made from natural materials, which means that each piece is unique. This also means that all sizes are approximate. Treat your pearls  with love and care. Try to keep them away from salt or chlorinated water and remove them before swimming, showering and sweaty activities. Also, avoid using cleaning products, body lotions, hairspray, and perfume while wearing your pearls. When not being worn, store them in a dry place away from direct sunlight. Ideally flat, in our petite  soft jewelry pouch.

• Q. What is the delivery time?

   

  A. Orders in Quebec are generally shipped and delivered within 3 -5 business days. It is therefore necessary to exclude weekends and holidays from the calculation of the number of days for delivery.

   

  For other destinations, you can refer to Canada Post delivery standards:

   

  Delivery standards for Canada: 5 to 7 business days

  Delivery standards for the United States: 2 weeks

Q. How do I return an item purchased from the online store?

A. We accept all returns of items from E & Co. no sale provided they are in the original packaging, have no been worn and that the label is still present, within 10 days after delivery.

All refunds will be made to the original method of payment.

Delivery charges are non-refundable.

Q. I have not received my order and yet I see it has been sent, what can I do?

A. If your order has been sent to you, but you still haven't received it, we ask that you take the following steps:

• Wait until 10 business days have elapsed after receipt of the notice of delivery of the order.

• Check at your usual post office if your parcel has been deposited there.
