Q. What is the delivery time?

A. Orders in Quebec are generally shipped and delivered within 3 -5  business days. It is therefore necessary to exclude weekends and holidays from the calculation of the number of days for delivery.

For other destinations, you can refer to Canada Post delivery standards:

Delivery standards for the United States: 2 weeks

A. Yes, just select your province or country from the drop-down menu when entering your delivery details.

Q. How do I return an item purchased from the online store?

A. We accept all returns of items from E & Co. no sale provided they are in the original packaging, have no been worn and that the label is still present, within 10 days after delivery.

All refunds will be made to the original form of payment.

Delivery charges are non-refundable. 
You will receive an email notification when the return process is complete.

Q. I have not received my order and yet I see it has been sent, what can I do?

A. If your order has been sent to you, but you have not yet received it, we ask that you take the following steps:

• Wait until 10 business days have elapsed after receipt of the notice of delivery of the order.

• Check at your usual post office if your parcel has been deposited there.
