• Delivery in Europe: You will receive your package within 3 to 4 weeks.

• How to return an item: We accept returns on all E & Co. non-sale items in their original packaging, unworn and with their tags intact within 10 days of delivery. Refunds will be made to the original method of payment. Please note that delivery charges are non-refundable. You will receive an email notification once the return process is complete.

• Order not received: If you have not received your order even though it has been sent, please follow these steps:
