A. Orders in Quebec are generally shipped and delivered within 3 -5  business days. It is therefore necessary to exclude weekends and holidays from the calculation of the number of days for delivery.

A. We accept all returns of non-sale E & Co. items provided they are in their original packaging, unworn and with the tags still present, and this , within 10 days of delivery.
